Looking for substitute teachers who will, like all teachers at MOT Charter, have a passion for education and a desire to be an integral part of a school that provides a first class learning experience maximizing our students’ intellectual, social, emotional, and physical development. Successful candidates will be a positive role model for students, enjoy working in a variety of grade and subject areas, and work well as part of a larger team. Reliability and strong communication skills are a must. Applicants with education degrees and teaching experience preferred.

Substitute Safety Supervisors: K-8 Academy

We are looking for applicants who are enthusiastic, student-centered educators to provide safety supervision during lunch and recess, in coordination with grade level team members, and be prepared to address emergencies. Successful candidates will possess experience supporting students, have a history of good attendance and reliability.

Substitute Part Time Cafeteria Workers

MOT Charter School is seeking energetic and positive individuals to support student lunch services. Successful candidate will be a team player, able to bend, stoop, and lift 10-20 pounds and have experience with food service.

Substitute Custodians

Help provide a clean, comfortable, healthy, safe and attractive building for campus facilities. Qualified candidates will be neat and clean in appearance, have the physical ability to perform duties assigned by the Head of School and/or Facilities Manager, and successful experience in a school setting.
