When, where & what's the theme of this year's auction?

MOT Charter School’s Annual Auction will be held at the High School campus on Saturday, May 5th from 6:00-10:00pm.

The theme is Mustang Derby Night so get ready for an adult-only night that includes a southern BBQ influenced dinner, music, an escape room featured by Axxiom, a corn hole tournament and ‘horseshoe’ toss.  Adults will have a chance to hit the dance floor, squeeze a few friends in the photo booth, bid on some amazing live and silent auction items, catch up with old friends and make some new ones... all while supporting our school and our students!  Bring friends, family, and neighbors or come and get to know other MOT Charter parents.

What is the seating arrangement?
Since this year's event is not a sit down dinner, there will be a limited number of tables. Reserve a private cocktail table for you and your friends to serve as home base between socializing, dancing and trying your hand at the tables. If you would like more than one name on the table sign, please let us know.

Ω  Courtyard cocktail table: $200 includes seating for 4-8 attendees, with each Reserved table including a Mustang Derby Night crafted table centerpiece that is yours to take home! Purchase of a Reserved table will allow up to eight (8) guests to receive VIP ticket access, with the purchase of General Admission tickets (ticket purchases required).

Consider a Donation!   We always appreciate the donations we received from local businesses, but often our most popular items come from families within our Mustang Community.  If you or someone you know have an item of value that you're willing to share or part with, please consider donating it to the Auction (tickets to events, timeshare week, extra inventory if you sell a good, certificate for a service, new retail items) simply drop off the item at school or fill out the form online and we'll arrange pick up.  Your name will appear on the bid sheet of the item donated. If you're ready, click to Donate.

How does Auction revenue impact my family?

What if I only have smaller items to donate?
We need families to contribute items to our grade level baskets for the silent auction. The grade with the highest bid amount gets a pizza party. Parents can donate items for grade level baskets or gift cards by sending the items into the office with their name and grade level. We'll even take cash to purchase items to add to the grade level basket. No item is too big or small and we'll do the packaging for presentation.
