Dr. Schilling earned her Doctorate of Education Administration and Superintendent Licensure from Holy Family University as well as her M.A. in Education from Arcadia University, her M.Ed in Educational Leadership from Grand Canyon University, and her B.A in History and Secondary Education from Gwynedd-Mercy University. Her 17 year career in private and charter school education includes leadership positions as principal and Chief Academic Officer. Further, Dr. Schilling is an adjunct professor at Holy Family University (Philadelphia) teaching courses in the Graduate School of Education. She is also a member of the University’s Institutional Review Board.

Dr. Schilling and her husband, Bill are the parents of two boys- Gus and Mack.
