Sam was born and raised in Delaware County, Pennsylvania. He is a product of 13 years of Catholic School Education. He began his college career at Temple University and graduated in 1993 with a degree in Biology. He then continued his education at Harcum College and graduated in 1995 with his Assosicates Degree as a Physical Therapy Assistant. He worked as a Physical Therapy Assistant for 12 years and then returned to college at Neumann University where he graduated in 2007 with his Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy. Since he did not have enough education, Sam returned to school at Wilmington University at received a Masters in Business Administration with a concentration in Healthcare Administration in 2013. Sam started work as a PTA in a nursing home in Philadelphia. He currently works as the Lead Physical Therapist at Bayhealth Medical Center in Dover, Delaware. He works primarily doing aquatic physical therapy. He strives to ensure progress and positive outcomes with every patient encounter. Sam and his wife, Meredith reside in Middletown with their two children, Bethany and James David. Sam has an older daughter who is currently residing in Swathmore, PA. He is a history buff who loves learning about the Civil War. He enjoys traveling and working in his in-home workshop.
